I ordered tshirts for my two children on March 28th for month of the military child. There was no email or any correspondence of any sort. They did make sure to take my money instantly. I called hem two weeks after I ordered and they informed me they were sending them out the next day. Two more weeks go by, now that MOMC was over, and I talked to another lady she said yep your order was sent out and Ill send you an email. I got nothing, I called a week later and told them I wanted a refund that this customer service was terrible. The lady informed me that the tshirts were damaged during production and thats why I hadnt received hem yet. Funny how another worker told me they were already sent out. I finally got a refund 2 weeks later. Today, may 16 I received the tshirts, Im glad I did not have to pay for these because they are horrible. So crooked and the toddler shirt doesnt even have the design on the back. Please order your tshirts elsewhere.

Wish there was a 0 as a review. TERRIBLE place. Don't use your orginal design, but instead their own , or ClipArt. They areven not easy to work with. Staff is snippy and not helpful in the least bit. Designs are never on time, they do not do as they say they will. They are slow and nothing as their website entails. Splash also does not keep up with you on expenses and the workers font even know the prices. Horrible place with horrible designs and over priced. HIGHLY suggest finding a different place. Custom Ink is MUCH MUCH better.

Great place to find gifts, novelty items, keepsakes, and what nots. If you can dream it or think it, they can make it. You could literally be in there for hours!

Overpriced and service attitudes is all I can say. Would rather purchase online and get a better deal. Im giving 2 stars only because of past experiences but in truth, more recently the experience was not good so I am wondering if they changed clerks. Would not do business with again.
