Mohamad! We totally respect and understand your frustration. However, today was not your first time here at our barbershop, which means you have been here before, and experienced our customer service and know about our pricing, which is advertised everywhere. Being that you came to our barbershop before means that you enjoyed our service, except today. Unfortunately when you came in today you did not have an appointment, which can be a factor of you having to wait longer than usual, due to our barbers making sure appointment customers and walk-in customers are being taking care of in order. As of the pricing and making sure that your experience was good at our barbershop, the owner himself asked you everything was up to your expectations and you said yes, but it sounds otherwise. At the end of the day we do really care about our customers experience and customer service, because thats the most important things to us. Thank you! A&R Scissors Barbers Team

Last time I have a hair cut there Way Too pricy They just wanna get you a hair cut, without caring about how it actually looks like, as long as its fast and you pay them fast. Very unprofessional customer service They give you the feeling that you are taking way too long for your hair cut !! I heard some other customers saying the same thing when they were leaving, so this is surely not a personal experience, but definitely the last time

They're fast. I go a great length, in terms of distance, to get my haircut over there. Not one of the most economic salons, but hey, for a haircut, it's worth it.

I was super excited to come here then I wait 2 hours for them to make me look like a potato. This was my worst experience here I have many burns all over my head because they do NOT know how to use a hairdryer. The guy cutting my hair is turning my head HARD and is pulling my Hair To hard. My haircut is so bad I have to wear a hat. I am very disappointed
