What a joke you guys use nice side but cheap roofing material who puts 3 tab shingles up anymore and the roof looks terrible need find new roofing company when you contract is up with the company you have. I mean just look at the pictures I have glad I don't live here

Just thirty days ago, I moved into one of the brand new, never lived in Villas and Lennar Via Ventura off San Simeon Way. In just 30 days, I've had water damage on the ceiling and walls from a leaking toilet on the second floor. It's been leaking and staining the walls for over 5 days and no one does anything about it. Lennar just looks the other way. I've reached out to them on several occasions, but they just say that they're working on it. I fell the second night, because the puddle is invisible in the beige tile floor. It was only when I threatened them with a lawsuit that they sent someone over to evaluate. After he left, no one's been back. The townhomes are built on sand so there are now ants EVERYWHERE on your front door, sliding back door and a total siege of ants in the kitchen. I cannot leave a single cup or fork in the sink, because in minutes there will be HUNDREDS of ants marching across countertops. The quality and finishes are also atrocious! The beige tile floors are of the CHEAPEST quality they could find. You clean them once and within minutes the floors look disgusting again. There is 1 closet in the ENTIRE first floor, ONE! The closet doors do not fit properly and are always toppling over. The light switches all around the house click in different directions to turn on and off. In one room you might be press "Up" to turn on the lights, but in the hallway, "up" turns off the lights. There is absolutely no consistency with any of the switches. Mail has also been a nightmare. The first few weeks I was getting no mail, because Lennar/association have not set up mailboxes. So good luck traveling to different post offices in the neighborhood to try and find which one has your mail. There are NO guest parking spaces except for a few at the very entrance of the complex, that's it. If you have guests, they have to park blocking the street in front of your unit. Amazon and general deliveries are also impossible to get. Lennar/association never set up the addresses with Google, so no packages or pizza deliveries can be sent to your home because the address does not show up in GPS. In other words, STEER CLEAR of these townhomes! You don't need the headache!
