The lack of customer service from your front desk was unbelievable. I was asking if he can print a certain image (DMV Provisional registration) as smaller version, he said that he doesn't do that. I rephrased my request if he can resize the picture in order to put it on my windshield. He answered that he won't do it. I made myself clear that I would have paid extra for his "professional service" but he refused to do it

I was charged $1 per page to print 28 pages. In a crunch I had allow myself to be extorted. The average price to print in black and white, which is what I did, is .05 to .08 cents per page. The markup is absurd and I would rather go and buy a printer than utilize this business again. Forget about recommending it to another human.

Avoid this place! The worst place to print papers and faxing. I went there because i was in a hurry and had no choice, worst mistake of my life. First of they don't have the right set of pricing for customers to see and have a sheet with bogus prices that are not even true. I printed 15 sheets and faxed 16.. am thinking am going to b charged whats on the bogus sheet only to find out at the end am being charged $1 per print and $1 per sheet faxed. Oh and the cover sheet when faxing which he makes it a must, cost $2. When he told me my total is $31 i was shocked..telling me he is giving me a brake on the cover sheet... I really wanted to slap him. Don't go to this place they are a complete robbery!!! anyways businesses like these don't last..go to kinkos or staples
