This is the first we've heard about this since Sept 2018 when crossbow was purchased. We will always ask to see photo of any issues and will always replace or fix if within a reasonable time period

The worse buying experience ever. Never received my order. Never get a reply to my emails. Luckly I paid by paypal. Now paypal is getting my money back
Purchased a Sawyer water filter back in April and after 3 months the bags seal broke and now leaks rendering it useless. Sent an email and message on there facebook page and got nothing back even-thought they had read the message on Facebook. All i asked was for Some customer care and advice. Not good practice to shun your customers when they spend money with you. Not returning to buy in the future.
