Todas las veces que uso el servicio debo decir que no tengo seguimiento de ustedes.! Algunos transportes no llaman ni leen las instrucciones de recogida. Tengo gran cantidad de pérdida de tiempo y pérdida de dinero por que el transporte no se presenta a tiempo. Cuando escribo al chat solo el personal envía un número para llamar al transporte. Son ustedes quienes deben llamar al transporte y dar seguimiento a sus clientes. No es el cliente que debe llamar al transporte. Deben mejorar muchos puntos. El transporte es fundamental para todos y no hacer seguimiento afecta todas las logísticas.! Por favor busquen un call center que trabaje mayor tiempo no solo horario administrativo de 07 am a 6pm. Estamos en estados unidos y el transporte funciona 24/7. No soy experto en transporte pero creo que ustedes tampoco lo son. No estoy satisfecho con su servicio.
What once was a phenomenal shipping carrier has quickly changed to being one of the worst for unknown reasons. After multiple attempts trying to schedule a pick-up and being on hold for 30+ minutes each time, we finally got our BOL. Sadly the driver never showed up for four days straight.. We contacted C.H. Robinson customer service every day and was told the driver would arrive that day. After four days, we went with another carrier.
CH Robinson keeps deleting my post on Social Media I was told to stop working with them, if I do not want to work with the assigned rep. I called carrier services numerous times .... but they are not helpful at all . Working with them for 10 years and been treated this way is unacceptable. Thank you CH Robinson . I can clearly see now, how your company value relationships . Your words means nothing. Keep allowing your employees to treat carriers this way . One day they will have to do the hard work (became drivers for your company) Please do not delete my post
