I went in last Friday with a Jacket I needed to get embroidered for a going away present for my Boss. The guy was very nice and told me I could pick it up the following Thursday.(The text included a hashtag which apparently they have to send out to get done) I call on Wednesday to confirm my jacket will be finished the next day and get told yes, it will be finished the next day. I wasn't able to make it in Thursday, and then Friday I called to confirm before I drove over that it was complete. The guy had no idea of my order and was not sure where it was, after talking to him and explaining the situation it jogged his memory, and he was the one who took my order. It was not done. Turns out he forgot about my order and didn't understand why I was frustrated. He said he was going to do it now it should be done in 30mins. (Although he told me they could not do hashtags with the machine the had at the store but now suddenly they can?) I text him the exact words I wanted on the jacket because he lost the order form, and reminded him the text was supposed to be black thread on the black jacket, and He confirms it, and then I get there and it's white text on the black jacket. I tell him this and he starts getting very defensive and rude saying "well what do you want me to do about it?!" And I said "I want you to get another jacket and complete my order how it's supposed to be" and his response was "that's not going to happen, then told me I should have read the sign that says "They are not responsible for any mistakes they make" (which I did not see)After some back and forth he says give him 30 mins and he's going to fix it. I come back 30mins later and he said "I can't fix this go get another jacket." He agreed to reimburse me for the jacket. I went and got another jacket brought him back the jacket and he said to give him 30 more minutes and he would finish it. I come back and he has completed it with black thread on the top and WHITE THREAD UNDERNEATH. Anyone who has ever sewn or embroidered knows you have to switch the bobbin on the bottom to match what you are using on the top or else it looks horrible, which it did. His response was, oh no the bottom is always white. He then refused to reimburse me for the jacket, he would only reimburse me for the embroidery which I wouldn't have cared about, had he not told me he would reimburse me for the jacket. Overall horrible experience. And now I have to purchase yet another jacket to get embroidered somewhere else, because I am not giving the hot mess of a jacket they called a "finished product" to my boss.
The printing at the store starts at 25$ maybe you added something on the first quote that we gave you

Guy who does not know how to run that business was very rude. They don't know how to talk and deal with costumer . They just think about the money and how to raise the price .I got two different prices in two days. One said $25 and other said $40 which was so expensive for my order. I just wanted to say they are not trustable and I will never go back that shop again.
Went there today to surprise my gf with her picture on my sweater. I have the same material at home for t shirt printing but was afraid of messing up my sweater because I had never tried on that type of fabric. Anyways, I got there and he had my sweater done in like 5 minutes. It came out nice. My gf was more than pleased when she seen it. I suggest going during the week when its less people so that way you can have it done right away.
Hi Kyle, I work with Moe the owner. We're sorry this happened. If you can email him directly at [email protected] He would like here more about your situation and he doesn't remember this happening, but would be willing to redo your order at no charge.

Sam is a horrible businessman and a total scam artist. Talk about bait and switch and every lie on the book he has perfected it. I went in to have a few simple designs placed on some shirts that he agreed to do, not only did he blow the deadline he then refused to hand over the shirts when I needed to leave and then forced me to pay well over $300 for some crappy half done heat pressed vinyl that fell off in the first wash. Later on I did give him the chance to make it right and he not only ducked his head and ran and left it on his employee but he again refused to stand behind his 1 Year Guarantee. Be aware. FYI I ended up using Justin at Proper Vinyl to complete my work and Im very pleased. A lot better pricing. Sam is on another planet.
