Hi Karen, thank you for writing this feedback. I have looked into this personally for you and one of our customer service representatives, got in contact with your mum shortly after your order was placed, notifying that the item was discontinued. We have called on a number of occasions to offer either a replacement garment (emailing and suggesting a number of alternative styles) or for the order to be refunded. We've left multiple messages and sent a number of emails following this up with you to advise what you wanted to be done. We have now refunded your paypal account and have also sent a further email confirming this. I've also tried to reach our personally today to you via phone and email to reach a resolution and even offer a credit towards another item. My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.

Hi Ross, Thank you for your feedback in regards to your order. We sent your order within the time frame with Sendle couriers and they seemed to have issues delivering to your delivery address / parcel locker and your order was returned back to us. You should have received email notifications from Sendle regarding this. When the order was returned back to us, we emailed you to let you know and we placed it on an Express post bag (At our own cost) the same day to send back to you. We also sent you another email confirming this to your email address with the new tracking. With regards to the printing the artwork you uploaded was low quality so we did our best to fix this up for you. We have also reprinted this for you on our direct to garment digital print and sent you out a new order. We've also refunded your order and sent you our a new item free of charge. I've also followed up with you along the way keeping you updated about this. Thanks, Josh & The Team.

Order took 20 business days, for cheap iron on prints. I am not happy with the quality, considering the price per t-shirt. I would not use them again for t-shirts. After 14 days I sent an enquiry asking where the order is. I did not receive a response from them. No communication, cheap quality print. Not amazing. The t-shirt sizing is off (larger than expected according to the sizing chart.) Postage was over priced too, using Sendle Couriers. I do appreciate the effort your went to after I posted the review. Thank you for all that. I was not impressed with the type of prints but the t-shirts are good and the amount of work you put is is much appreciated. Thanks again.

Very difficult to deal with and to start business with. They require for you to do the whole work before they start printing. With others you can just send them a file. These guys let you do the work instead of them doing the work.
