Worst service ever. Not only my package did not arrive but also they charged me an extra amount of money when they returned the package. it has been the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

Initially, I was very much impressed, but later, I am very much disappointed with their irresponsible behaviour. I have shipped 9 packages from Texas to Maryland. I have received 8 packages in which there are so many damages to the items inside. The other box havent been delivered till now. When I track the order, it shows recipient have denied to accept the package. But, actually nobody even tried to deliver it. If I call the customer care, they are simply telling it will be delivered next day. And the worst part is, they have charged extra to my credit card for address change without my authorisation.

Terrible experience shipping my luggage from the USA to Mexico. Be aware that Mexican customs do not allow the import of used clothes (which is the service luggagetoship offers).
