Absolute WORST customer service I've ever received hands down. Rothrock is not customer centered and will do little to nothing to help you after they get your money. I am floored by their lack of customer resources and am in disbelief that I could be treated so poorly at a place you spend so much money at. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and I certainly will never use their service department after my warranty is up.

If you expect fast service from the Mopar Express lane here dont hold your breath. It took two hours! I get it sometimes theyre busy but the service area had 3 people waiting and I was here before them. Also the service member knowing I came in with a coupon printed out all the paperwork and for a more costly service without asking me first. Then when I told him about the coupon he then told me that what I was getting didnt include everything he had listed. After I insisted I wanted to use the coupon the only thing that they wouldnt do was a tire rotation which I was fine with before I even came in. I am not the average person who doesnt know much about cars. I can do a simple oil change myself. But because I thought this would be more covinient and because its my first Lease, I wanted the car to have a record in their system. Clearly this wasnt the case. I was overcharged for the price of my service because I was told they put more expensive oil in my car and then realized they didnt and after realizing and calling I was offered a $25 gift card which only gives me money for the difference in price I was charged!

Recently bought my Jeep through Rothrock and sales consultant Brendan. The experience was positive. Brendan was very easy to work with on my Jeep order. I believe they gave me a fair price and treated me very well. The delivery of the vehicle was efficient, informative, and low pressure. I will consider them for my next purchase and recommend a visit if you are looking for a new vehicle. Jan update: I was in today for my first service and my prior positive experience turned sour. I had a 1:30 appt for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I waited for over 2.5 hours before my vehicle was complete. Almost 3 hours for a simple service just should not happen..unacceptable...especially when I made an appt. Dropped my star rating to 2 due to the lengthy service wait time and poor experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service unless you have a half a day to wait.
