Don't bother going there for repairs. It's the Bermuda triangle of customer services. Almost two weeks of going round in circles to get an appointment (turning up, calling, etc). And when I finally got one for 9am on a Thursday morning.... NO ONE was there to fix the phone! The shop wasn't even open! So either contact the repair centre in Wembley with the hope that they've got their act together. Or contact the hotline to organise DHL pick up, with the hope that this leads to an actual resolution... But forget the Stratford centre... They put me off ever purchasing Huawei products again

Abby on reception has been very accomodating. Battery changing only took an hour. No problem encountered with service

Popped in today as my boyfriend was having some issues with his Huawei Band 5 watch. David was very welcoming and helped us really efficiently. The engineers Prakash and Joe were super at replacing the watch straight away after conducting diagnostics. Thank you to the team for all your help! Amazing service!

Called up the store a week ago. Spoke to 2 people, very helpful on the call. Asked if I can book appointment, they said "it's pretty chilled, walk-in". They quoted 115 and 1 hour time needed, which was very fair I planned my whole day around the long trip to Wembley. Reach there, and then they said why didn't you book through hot line, when I called them up, no one told me to go through hot line. Plus, the guy sitting at front was pseudo aggressive and the lady with all due respect said that she only spoke about hot line on the call and mentioned timings to me. Note to self, go back to iPhone or Samsung. Loved the Huawei phone but this customer service experience is a total no. With only one customer service store its a nightmare
