Hello Alyssa, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Ive looked over the emails and your online order. You did approve the proof that showed the size we were printing which was the exact size you ordered. The order comments you typed out did not make sense to our sales and design team. Im looking at the comments now and it just days 2*. A manager then offered to reprint your order at half price but you replied with curse words. Im sorry but this would have happened with any company you do business with. If you order a cheeseburger with Swiss cheese but put in the order comments confusing comments, you will get a cheeseburger with Swiss cheese.

Very poor customer service. I contacted this company before placing an order with them to let them know exactly what I needed and they told me to leave a comment for the size that I needed although their website said a different size. After sending my designs, comments with the sizes and payment over they called me the next day to clarify what I wanted. I explained the exact sizes that I needed to them over the phone! They still printed my designs the wrong size and then blamed me and said that they didnt understand because my comments were confusing! I would not recommend this company! Now I see that they have done this to many other people!

WARNING READ YELP REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE (OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME THING) I should have looked at how old the reviews are and noticed the manager asking people to pull negative reviews down to get a order corrected this is unbelievable, customers shouldnt have to barter reviews to get what they paid for New to Atlanta and the Buckhead area I was very happy to support any Buisness thats related to marketing and branding, I had my guy design me a stunning flyer with the perfect color and details. I sent them to this company for print and thought what could go wrong. When I picked my flyers up I noticed a discrepancy in the color and tinting, a young lady at the front desk begins to tell me that Im seeing the color wrong because my phones screen is up to bright and that indeed the flyer color is right, then the gentleman comes out from the back with this defensive energy and begins to agree with what the young lady says, My phone is connected to my IMAC so Im able to pull the image I sent them up directly from my desktop and the young man tells me that he will look in the system to see what they received, and as I suspected they received the correct image that I want in the right color and dimensions. I advised him that if you put the two side by side they are not the same and the clarity is important as it is a web design flyer, he then goes on to tell me that because it is a gang run there is nothing he can do about it, and that I should have paid $1000 for color correction and read the disclaimer before I agreed to purchase, I found that odd because the color didnt need correcting from the image I sent to them, and $1000 to correct a color? For $100 box of flyers you have to be kidding me, I have spent money with the best and worst and never had a problem with color or was handled so poorly over a discrepancy that wasnt my own. The young man that came out to assist me is very haulty, arrogant, and passive aggressive, and told me that if I didnt know how to upload a picture and didnt know what I was doing I should have called first, but Im looking at a picture they received thats in perfect printing color and format come on, its never good to disrespect a customer by insulting their intelligence as if upload a picture of industry standard quality was going to be difficult when it was designed by one of the best in the business, absolute nightmare, I didnt get rude, I held my composure but I guess this is what I get for going with this company that goes by 2 different names online clashgraphics, flyersasap, be aware Im sure when they get it right they get it right, but when they dont it will be blamed on you! I also have invoices to prove that I am a real customer so please make sure thats noted when there is an attempt to remove this review by a reputation agency
