terrible went there to get shirts made for a birthday party for my daughter horrible the shirts started to unravel and peel embarrassing had to throw them away sad my daughter in tears i will never use this company again ridiculous rude employee got a attitude refuse to pay for garbage will be reporting this to the mall this store need to be closed if your not going to do a good job a order terrible

Very disappointed!! Good service means everything! I did not receive the service I expected. Maybe that particular shop is used to giving poor service!? However, when you have limited brick and mortar choices, you have to grit your teeth and pay for what you need. Called first to find out if my order could be accommodated. Went into store, no greeting. Had to make 3 staff members recognize my presence in the shop. Had I not needed the shirts for children, I would have walked out! Bought 41 shirts for students! I will not use nor recommend this business to anyone!! Thank goodness I don't have to buy last minute gifts for children. So very disappointed!!
