When you called this morning, all of our sales reps were on the phone helping other customers and I apologize for the brief wait while one of them became available to discuss your project with you. As for your concern over pricing, every job that we do here is custom and made to order. You requested a full color custom print on five t-shirts and were given a verbal estimate prior to us receiving the artwork files specific to your job. If you are able to email your design file to [email protected], we would like the opportunity to review your artwork and confirm pricing based on your specific artwork and at multiple price breaks. Since there is set-up and artwork prep time involved with custom printing, the more shirts you get, the lower the price will be. A five piece order with full color custom artwork would be digitally printed via high quality Kornit DTG (not via heat transfer). Higher quantity full color print orders would be printed via simulated process screen print, which reduces cost substantially. 5 transfers to get a simple price. Then told $25.00 per shirt on a 5 shirt order then add a $25.00 set up fee as well. The attitude alone would put me off of the company. But the pricing was the icing on the cake.

(I think my kid hit something!) I personally loved my experience with Redwall in Oak Creek. Very willing to work with my bizarre print request and working to getting it out before the holiday. Would suggest and happily order in the future.
