We've been an Evosus customer for just over 2 years. In that time we have not seen one upgrade or enhancement to the system. My experience with technical has been tedious and frustrating. If you are currently using an excel program, beware of the hidden costs and additional software you will need to convert your files and pricing files over to Evosus. We were told it wouldn't be a problem to upload pricing files from Excel, but that was not the case. Their tech department gave up on us and asked for an additional $150 per hour to work on our files. The best part is the annual service fee. Read your contract really well before you sign on the dotted line. You will be contractually obligated to pay for service and upgrades that don't occur. We were muscled into paying the additional $2,000 this year as it states in our contract that they do NOT OFFER ONE OFF SERVICE. So basically, without a service contract and your software gets a virus, you are ON YOUR OWN. This whole program is a very expensive proposition so be wise and READ EVERYTHING. At least you will know what you are paying for or NOT paying for....

We have been a guinea pig for the new cloud program LOU for the past two months. Lots of glitches and issues to include not charging sales tax to our clients even though the receipt shows it was charged. Yet, they still bill you as if it is a 5-star fully functioning program. We have spent hours on the phone syncing and resetting up aspects pf the program. They should be paying us to work out the kinks in their new system. Definitely do NOT switch over any time soon.

If you're in the pool industry, and you're looking for a software company to help power your business, Evosus Software is one of the best. We've been using them for over 2 years for both our retail store and our service routing/invoicing. While no software is going to check every box for every client, Evosus hits the mark for us. And it's not just their all-in-one software or the easy to use mobile app. The entire team, from Implementation to the Client Success Managers (hi Brandon!), is fantastic. I definitely do not feel like just another number; Brandon remembers my name, my kids' names, and even a hobby I mentioned in passing. Evosus is a fabulously robust software system that vertically integrates all aspects of inventory, merchant processing, operations and allocations. I most like the mobile app for our technicians who need to work fast and efficiently. It solved 2 major problems for us-Ability to establish a forward facing communication with customers and most importantly a vertical for office followup on materials and services to finish repairs and sales. Kuddos to our CSR Krissy who completes the training and support with class and spirit. We are moving from $8k a month revenue to $40k now in service.
