Skyla, thank you for raising your concerns and giving us a chance to respond. The cups we use are 100% plant based and compostable, and we only use these at extremely busy times on the weekends when our team and infrastructure is not able to keep up with demand for our regular glassware. As you are likely aware, during the pandemic many businesses have had to make shifts to account for fluctuating demand and under-staffing, and this is one compromise that we have had to make at times. Thank you for your business, and were glad that you enjoyed our beers.

Good beer, great atmosphere, but big bummer this place uses single use plastic cups. Ive been to plenty of breweries that can handle the demands of sanitizing glassware. Do better!

Love Reubens beers but as someone with multiple friends who do not consume alcohol for a multitude of reasons, I am disappointed with their NA options. Would love to see a kombucha on tap like at some of the other breweries around town. As far as I know, their only options right now are La Croix and juice, which is quite limited.

Beers are great. Outdoor area is best in Ballard. Experience has gone beyond downhill. Miss the old crew. New folks are rude and barely engaged in being here. Taps get closed 45-60 minutes prior to posted closing hours most nights. Floors are cleaned early. Heaters are off well early too. All for employees getting off early on a slow night, but, most nights would be down for a few more rounds and happy to leave prior to posted close time, respectfully. While it was initially exciting to see our neighborhood spot grow, its sad to see the corporate brand theyve become.
