The annual fee includes 24/7 coverage of our registered agent office to accept legal mail as required by the Secretary of State as well as tax calendar notifications from our system that alert you when your annual report and taxes are due. We offer add-on services such as filing annual reports and new entity registrations but since they are separate services and often include additional state fees, they are not included with our registered agent services. Some states require you to log in to file your annual report, which means that we are limited as to what we can do unless authorized to actually file your annual report for you. I dont understand what I am paying for with a registered agent. They already have an annual fee and then I have to pay more for assistance. Edit: Although my rating is still at a low rating, it has changed. I was contacted by agency to make things right and elaborate on what the services consist of and i do appreciate them contacting me urgently. Im not angry at the company, it is more of my fault. When researching registered agents available in my area, the all generally offered the same services. They all had really good reviews, so I clicked on the first 5 star rating and blindly hired them for service not reading the fine print. I am fairly disappointed that I have to pay additional fees on top of the $125 annually for services that go along with most services that other companies offer for less annual fee. I was initially upset that I could not get a general question answered without an additional fee thrown in my face. The CEO did ask all of the necessary questions to make sure I understood and even offered to waive the fee, so thank you. But, my intent was not to look for handouts or a discount. I do understand that is still a business, but my concern was why could I not get simple questions answered with being directed to my state to figure it out myself or pay more.
