Inflexible, unempathetic and poor customer service. Left our suitcases thinking we'd go into London for a few hours. Trains had a technical fault so went back to collect suitcase 20 minutes later as wouldn't have enough time to get there and back, and had to pay full amount of first 3 hour charge. Guy behind the service counter wouldn't budge, said there was only a 5 minute grace and wouldn't give our suitcases back until we had paid. Not even a reduction to show how much "he understood our point of view"
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! ... called repeatedly the number offered on the website during working hours and I could clearly hear someone picking-up and immediately closing the line. I wonder why you need a phone line: is it just for personal calls?
Paid a ridiculous amount to have my bags shipped and when my bags arrived I was told I had to pay extra (100 pounds more!!) to collect my bags!!!
