OK, the facts about this order..... Trick Threads was asked by a friend of the company if they would do a rush order, as one of their acquaintances needed some hoodies made for a NYE party, as their printer had dropped the ball. Before we took the job we contacted UPS both via online chat and telephone. They assured us that if we shipped out on the 23rd, the hoodies would arrive in Arkansas by the 30th. We decided to take the job, and since they were in a bind, we waived the rush fee. Our printer worked until 4am to get the job done, and we delivered the boxes to UPS in Gypsum on the 23rd. We noticed on the 24th-26th, that the status of the package had not changed and was still in Gypsum. We contacted UPS again, eventually following up with the UPS hub directly...they assured us that the packages would go out and would still make it to Arkansas by the deadline of the 31st. However the packages were not shipped and did not make it to Arkansas by the 31st, even though we had done everything possible to make it happen. The hoodies arrived at the beginning of January, after the customers event, in which the customer decided he did not want the hoodies anymore and would like to return them. His concern was that the logo on the hoodies was too small. The customer had ordered hoodies from sizes small to 3XL, we explained to the customer that it was industry standard to make the design as big as we can on the smallest shirt and that has to work for the larger sizes. We actually called Custom Ink, and Brokenarrow wear, two of the leading online printing companies, and they said this was also their policy and they would have completed the order in the exact same way. (the hoodie in the picture is a 2XL). At this time the customer demanded we send him return labels as he had noticed on our shop management software that there was a return policy. We explained to him that that was not our website, and was the policy of our software, not ours...however we wanted to make him happy and would work with him on getting new hoodies printed. Despite doing everything in our power to print and deliver a quality product, the customer decided to contact his credit card company and get a full refund of over $2,000, and keep the hoodies. There was nothing more we could do. Learn for this and strive to get better. Keep on keepin on!!!

Terrible Experience I did not have a good experience working with Trick Threads and in particular Curtis. There was not 1 agreement fulfilled during the whole process which led to a major loss of income for my small business. 1.) The hoodies arrived 9 days later than GUARANTEED by Trick Threads. I held an event where hoodies were pre-ordered by customers and when they did not show up due to Trick Threads lack of planning obviously there were a lot of problems. ... Curtis will probably reply to this saying they could not control this and there was a problem at the post office and Christmas delays yada yada yada... Why guarantee delivery then? Quick buck for the holidays? 2.) The logo printed on the hoodies were not what I ordered. My original order had dimensions around 9inx6in and was clearly noted on receipt of purchase. The hoodies I received (attached) had a logo on sizes S-2xL that were roughly 6inx3in, no larger than a computer mouse. Being an artist, the logo is the reason why our company has been having success. This lack of communication and disregard for customer care by Trick Threads was not appreciated. 3.) When I requested a return merchandise number from Trick Threads they originally denied me. After calling in to speak to someone in the office Curtis let me know that his bank told him it would take 2-3 business days for the funds to touch me account. After 5 days went by I emailed Curtis to let him know that the funds did not come through to my account. Then Curtis replied to me saying that they followed company policy and also spoke to a couple other screen printing companies like Custom Ink (lol) and that printing logos not as ordered, missing guaranteed delivery, and denying return requests is industry standard and that I will not be getting a refund. He said that he is trying to be nice and give me a discount on the next order. (Confirming he did something wrong and he knows it Oh and I know, the nerve to bring Custom Ink into this!!) 4.) I ordered 100 hoodies and received 99 but thats neither here nor there :/ Now, all of this is beyond me. The law will handle it from here! However, if this is industry standard then 5 stars! Oh! I almost forgot... After I told Trick Threads that I read the return policy on the website (screenshots attached) they created a whole new website and took the policy down! Yikes guys...
