Amazing collection and friendly staff, especially Dylan and Alan! They were super knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend for collectors and or anyone who appreciates art. They have really great selections of designer clothes too!

I walk in the store and Dylan and Alan help me out right away and they had the sneakers I wanted great price sneakers was very cleaned had the original shoe box and the special box green lobster. We did trade and deal was great and I was very I will definitely buy and trade with them anytime they have legit and great prices. Give the store sole broker A++++++

We told you to bring the shoes in over the phone and we would check them out; we never gave you a guarantee we would purchase them. Turns out the pair you brought in were not in the condition we would normally accept and as a courtesy to you for coming so far we gave you a cash and store credit offer to which you declined. I dont think its fair to give us a 1 star review because we follow a certain standard. We do not give quotes on any items over the phone. Furthermore, you stated we didnt ask the proper questions over the phone; as stated previously we do not give quotes on the phone nor do we have to ask any questions about any items. Most stores do not even have a phone nor do they pick up phone calls. You had an expectation to trade your heavily worn pair without original box for another shoe the same size, however we didnt have many shoes in the store which were the same value as your shoe hence which is why we asked for cash on top in a trade. In conclusion, we are receiving a one star review because your expectations were not met and after explaining all of this in person to you the solution for you was to leave a 1 star review when you can obviously tell from our other reviews we are a highly rated store. Our customers will take this review with a grain of salt because our other reviews clearly indicate we provide a high level of service and your review is NOT a accurate depiction of the service we provide at our shop.

Wasted my time, don't call in for shoes, especially if they aren't asking the proper questions over the phone.
