After an exam I was told both my kids needed glasses. While I was dealing with paperwork I realized one of the staff had taken both of my kids (10 and 7) to the eye glasses to pick out frames. First of all, I was not intending on purchasing glasses form the office and even if I had been, my kids would definitely not have free choice to decide on whatever frame they wanted without consulting me first. The crazy thing, my 7 year old needed to go to a specialist and after a very thorough exam I was told he had 20/20 vision. He DID NOT need glasses. We stupidly purchased glasses for my 10 year old (from Walmart) and when they finally arrived I couldn't tell the slightest difference in clarity with her prescription. besides the "up-selling" the office is filthy. I asked the gal at the front desk how long they had been in the office, thinking they had just moved in. She said they'd been there for years! It was a total mess. We will not be coming back

Thank you Phillip! Kind service and he had my glasses ready in less than 2 hours on a SATURDAY!!!! 1. Quality of Care and exam 2. Selection and SERVICE 3.Price 4.They always answer the phone right away with friendly attentiveness I live in Burbank and choose to keep coming back to the best doctor I have found over the last 5 years. I have gone to many. And the other 2 in the area do not compare!! I have never been rushed in eye exam and I feel that Dr. Song is very thorough and listens well. I love all the eye glass chains as well! Thank you Phillip for helping me choose great frames with soooo many selections I was getting confused! :)

Ive been going to Valencia Optometry for 3-4 years now. They are always on time, I never have to wait long, and theyve always been very helpful! My contact lenses typically have a rebate, so they always handle that for me while Im in the office - helps me not forget to do it. Dr. Song always thoroughly explains everything and makes me feel comfortable about all the choices I need to make. Vision is important to me, and my insurance is great, but all these reviews about cost is crazy to me, I would think you want to make sure your vision is healthy. I guess thats just me! Thank you, Dr. Song & Valencia Optometry!
