My family use to order from Pizza Pizza since God knows when, well over 10yrs. The food has changed and I'm glad they have introduced the veggie burgers/bean base. However, whomever is cooking the food or taking down the order to convey to the cook how to prepare the food there is a big MISCOMMUNICATION somewhere in-between. On 3 separate occasions, 3 different orders, from 3 different people, orders were made wrong. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal if something is off but now it's becoming more of an often thing. Veggie burgers are not being made to order properly. They are sloppy & falling apart. One time half of an order was missing, we waited until the order was made a 2nd time only to get the order handed us MADE WRONG STILL! It seems like the folks just don't care as long as they are getting your money... Thanks but no thanks, the days of good customer service, preparing food with regard & good food from them are gone. Very disappointed...

I highly recommend the grilled chicken avocado salad, delicious! Weve ordered from pizza pizza many times and have never had a single complaint. The food always comes hot , fresh and delicious. Great job everyone ! 5 stars from me

Took 1hour and 45mins for one pie and did not bring two liter soda nor called to Ask if I would accept a substitute. Very disappointed have family has patronized many years
