I purchased a home that was only 6 months built. Unfortunately because we are not the original home owners, we now have to get our home repaired by a real builder since the warranty doesn't apply to us.

We bought a Baessler home, and we are so glad we did! The entire process was very smooth. From meeting with Annie to determine which house we wanted, to going over specifics with Sean, and then walking through the finished product with Ken. We love how our house turned out!

Very nicely built home, but very cheaply built, have door handles coming off my doors, door stoppers broke in a couple months, appliances are crap, electric is bad. When i bought my house in 2015 they said the would do evaluations every 4 months for the first year only got one. If you could avoid building with basseler do it. Very dissapointed.
