The absolute worst! Do not expect any follow-through after the sale. Will blame motor vehicles for delays and when DMV asks for tracking number on documents sent they get no reply as well. Almost 5 months and still no tags. (This was confirmed with DMV that it is not in their que- They never received any title orders) Have left numerous messages for General Mgr Joe Long; no return call or acknowledgement. Hassan in finance is just as bad with multiple messages and no return call. They were fine when taking my money then disappear when you drive away with car. I can only imagine their service dept. Read the other reviews about same issue. I would never return here and would recommend any buyers look elsewhere for a BMW.
I worked with Ben Stith, who was knowledgeable and attentive. I had never before purchased a BMW but Ben and his team made the process easy and enjoyable.

If you wish to waste TIME your unable to get back waiting for service to be completed on your car.. then by all means this is the dealership for you. You will wait and wait and wait and then wait some more, to only have to bring your car back because they didnt clear any of the notifications. They claim they never have any loaners but take half a day doing a simple oil and filter change. I hate here currently stuck in the lobby!
