We have noticed that parts of this review appear to have been copied and pasted from a review that we received in September 2019 on Trustpilot, which we reported at the time for contravening the user guidelines and which was subsequently removed by Trustpilot. We also cannot find any record of you having purchased from us. Please can you provide us with your order number so that we can verify this purchase and investigate further.

Jumpers are decent enough quality - when you wear them once. They shrink after washing. And again on a second. Then you complain and they lecture you what water temperature is when washing. Must be by hand. Ive had plenty jumpers over years and even cheap makes are better than this With FAR better customer service. But then everyone seems to have better customer service than this bunch of grasping Yorkshire - wimmin. They sent the (BADLY shrunken to half size just about) jumper back, saying they refused to replace or refund - a clear case of "read the fine print" - the worst customer service from any clothes company I have ever experienced.

Thank you for your comments. From the nature of your review, it looks like you are have the wrong company as we only sell mens clothing and nothing we sell can leak. We also cannot find any record of you having purchased from us. If you would like to get in touch and provide us with your order number, we can look into this.

have purchased products for myself and for my friends / family. The box was open when it came. Some of the products are upside down, leaking, and not sealed. If you think this is bad, the customer service is worse, it will ruin your customer experience more. It took them 2 months to apply for a refund, which may take few more months to appear in the bank.

Perfect service answered phone fast. Rang back a month later to order a second pair of sandals and offer was still valid. Highly recommend. Excellent quality sandals too!
