She used to work out of another person's store and wasn't always in the office but I found it easy to get a hold of her over email and found it convenient that I could leave materials to be embroidered with the store even while Tess was out. Now she has her own store so I'll need to pay more attention to the hours of operation when I go to drop off or pick up. She does great embroidery work at a reasonable price. She's also happy to do a rush job when needed. I've used her for my company several times now and have always been happy. This week she even did a same-day turn-around on an order I needed in a hurry.

Just picked up an alteration on a jacket which I needed a logo altered. Teresa was able to cover up and change the parts of the existing embroidery exactly as I had hoped. Thank You!
