Beautiful furniture BUT terrible customer service. Ive had two issues with pieces purchased from them...for one they simply said they couldnt help, for another they first blamed me (!)...then said theyd get back to me but never did despite several followups. For the priceand the tens of thousands I spentthe service should be far better. Ill never go back.
For years I have been a continuous customer at Linea and enjoy the knowledgeable staff as much as the diversity and quality of their furniture designs. I highly recommend it.
I stepped in here during a rainstorm, looking like a drowned cat and was greeted with warmth and kindness. I had a few pieces I was interested in and Petya was so helpful and lovely to work with. The furniture itself is beautifully crafted, very chic and modern. That comes with a price but you get what you pay for!
Poor customer service, ordered media cabinet, 2 ottomans and a coffee table last August. Some of the items were to be delivered today while the media cabinet is delayed. One of the ottomans was missing after all that wait. Product has great design and quality but not worth the hassle.
