My 4 month old baby was referred to this eye care office back in January. We were finally called the beginning of February to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for the end of March. TWO days before his scheduled appointment, they call me telling me his appointment needs to be rescheduled because the doctor won't be in that day... they wanted to reschedule for their next available appointment time in JULY. Unbelievable they expect me to wait half a year for my baby to be seen with a potential issue with his eye. And then I'm told to, "call as often as (I'd) like to try to get in on a cancellation opening". Very unprofessional in my opinion. They should be calling me with their next cancelation opening, they were the ones that had to reschedule my original appointment... not me!

Glasses are not on time. Ive been waiting since December 2020 for two pairs of glasses. They made me come all the way from Lowell-Lancaster ((MA) for just one pair. Its mid-March 2021 and Im still waiting on the second pair and the dont have a clue when the other pair will be ready. We will call you, the said

I had a exam by Dr. Bor-Shavit Friday morning the 30Th of April. She found a problem with my left eye that another doctor who has been examining that eye failed to notice. She also found a "simple" defect in my right eye that a previous doctor diagnosed as dry eye back in February. Going to have to two laser procedures this month to correct the new problems.

Arrived 10 mins late because of construction on highway was backed up. I wanted to look at glasses that my insurance didn't cover and right away the person helping me was like well you only have ten minutes.. Which I understood why I had ten minutes. So I said well I'd like to use my ten minutes then. She wasn't friendly and seemed like she didn't even want to help me after that very rushy. I was only there to pick glasses out. I knew the brand I wanted and was taking a look at them. She was concerned about her next appointment which her co-worker said her next one was outside but it was an adjustment. I felt rushed from the moment I got there. I picked them out and she was quick to end our appointment. I've never been there before, but I was looking forward to it. Wasn't a great Experience at all. My mother inlaw was with me she wasn't impressed at all with her attitude. Just looking forward to having eyes again...
