Absolutely dreadful and unacceptable service and behaviour from the the staff member my son was dealing with. They replaced the battery with a faulty one, then refused to replace their faulty one without being given another 50. Very rude and unhelpful. Also - it is not polite to speak in another language in front of customers who can't understand what is being said regarding their request (this applies to any language not just this particular one). Never go to this place. Phone hell.

I visited Mr- Fix. The welcoming is wonderful. Much respect, polite,good customer attitude and service. There is also trust. I left my phone and come back next, day i went without any proof coz I forgot on tabel . I was doubting that my phone may be stolen. Many service and people now a days commit too much fraud. I really appreciate this service. God bless your work and prosper you always.and I will recommend them to my friends and family

Mr Fix change for additional warranty services and then deny this agreement existed in the first place. I am currently investigating this and can see others have had the same issue. BEWARE of any offers of device warranties.
