Their showroom was open and had a good amount of demo apparel available that I could actually see examples of, feel and try on to determine what I wanted to order. We were the only customers at the time which the 1 employee working there was quite attentive to our questions and helpful. Order was for a specific event 13 days away. Although ETA is 2 weeks, after asking I was assured by the staff it would be completed before the event and probably a few days beforehand. Multiple phone calls had to be made for estimated completion times which kept being pushed a day or 1/2 at a time, including being told to go out there ~30 min drive & pick it up when it wasn't actually ready. Order ended up being done late afternoon the day of the event after the event had started. Once receiving the shirt, the quality of the shirt was nice and so was the embroidery...the problem is I didn't order for my shirt to be embroidered. When ordering, I specifically requested screen printed / heat transfer as I not a huge fan of embroidery. 3 other customers who ordered with me also had some kind of issue with things not as ordered or missing.

This place clearly has no interest in helping anyone, regardless of just how small of a project. Contacted them to inquire about a single shirt being made with a very simple design. Instead of hearing all of the ways they could help, I heard all the reasons they couldnt.

I brought a work shirt into this establishment to get a patch switched on the left sleeve of the shirt. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get this very simple work done, but it was very poorly done when I finally got it back. Not only that, they also removed the other patch from the other side for seemingly no reason. I told them all I wanted was a patch switched and they butchered my shirt. If I could rate lower than one star I would. Horrible experience, I will pay a homeless man to tailor my clothing before I come here again.
