Yeah my first print was amazing, my second one they printed the wrong picture. I was not mad or anything I understand mistakes. But how they treated me?? Acted like I was wrong and that was the right picture. Now lets get into how they treat employees:) owners talk a good game on helping you but in all honesty they will drop you the second you help them catch up or when its convenient for them. A LOT of people had good things to say and so did I until all that happened. The pay??? Not even anything you can make a living off of. They should close shop

Showed up with a drawing of what I needed. I was quoted a price I felt was reasonable. I payed in full up front. When I arrived to pick it up it was a 1/4 of the size drawn out. I was told most people dont draw to scale and Id have to buy more vinyl if I wanted it fixed. I essentially bought the shirts twice.

We are sorry you had a poor experience, we strive to do our best, when stockings are provided we can only work within the parameters of the stocking, (the provided stockings were definitely different, they had a lot of objects attached to them) our store manager had offered to look at them to see if there was anything else we could do, and you mentioned you would bring them in, if you had time. We appreciate your business and would like you to bring them all in at your convenience, we would like to correct the issue.

Wanted them to embroider our children's Christmas stockings to match the other kids. We used the same company the first time because we wanted the color and font to match. We even brought the old stockings in as a guide. They embroidered a way smaller size font. When we asked about it they were annoyed. Now we have to buy new stockings. They didn't offer a refund or a way to make it right. Shame. Thought the customer service would be better.
