Made a reservation a couple weeks in advance. Last minute before the scheduled appointment they called saying they have to cancel because they have a wedding expo (which is on the same weekend every year). They called back saying never mind to come to this location, therefore the bride was already annoyed. We get there.. they allowed the bride to only pick 6 dress. The associate helping us never asked the bride her budget until after she got to pick her dresses out. (In my opinion that should be the very first thing to ask) After finding out the budget she didnt put in any effort to help the bride pin any her dresses to make them look fitted. There were moments she disappeared (mind you we were the only customers in the salon) and the bride had to wait for her to take the dresses off. She made us move due to another bride coming in with her entourage.. then the associate started rolling her eyes and inappropriately complaining to us about the other customer bringing in so many people (it was only 5). We had high hopes because of recommendations and reviews but they were just rude & it was a very unpleasant experience.

I had the BEST experience with MS MODA from start to finish! Not only are the dresses one of a kind but so is the service! So personal and delightful! I reccomond to any bride to be!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this charming bridal salon. Tracy and Olivia were so attentive, kind, and intuitive throughout the whole appointment. They really walk you through all the options of alterations and custom designs that others do not and the dresses themselves are just stunning. MS Moda is my first recommendation for any bride looking for a dress. There is no way you can be disappointed in the experience they provide!

Amazing doesnt begin to describe my experience at MS Moda! Iwona and Tracey were exceptional to work with from start to finish. They took the time to consider what I was looking for on a dress and helped me find one that is uniquely me. They have truly made this they best bridal experience I could ever ask for and Im excited to wear my perfect dress on my wedding day!

Truly the most incredible appointment! They made me feel like the most special bride to be. I loved all the dresses, it is going to be hard to pick! Would absolutely recommend any bride to look here!
