I am very disappointed to be writing this review. I absolutely love the furniture at Modshop and Sandy at the store in Miami is very sweet and helpful, but all that means nothing when something goes wrong and you have to spend 5 moths fighting the headquarters to get your furniture. I ordered 2 chairs back in May that were suppose to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. This did not happen and when I called I was told they came in wrong and would need to be fixed. a month went by with no chairs. When they finally arrived, one was damaged and due to the nature of how it was damaged it also damaged my wood floors in 2 places when the guys tried to drop them off. I refused delivery when I realized this. From there is has been a nightmare. They claimed they were getting me new chairs and my floors fixed several times with no follow through. I finally demanded my money back and they would not grant this. I had to demand I get my chairs before Thanksgiving. They only agreed to rush deliver them for Thanksgiving when I threatened, to write a review. They did not show up until after Thanksgiving due to shipping issues and their response was they've done their part. When the chairs were finally delivered, one was worn down on the bottom which means it must be a floor model they rushed to me even though I paid for new and this caused scrapping on my floors again. I now have worn down used chairs, damaged brand new wood floors and the company tells me that they "did their part." As mush as I love the furniture I would not order from them again.

Product materials very good BUT on delivery add 2-3 weeks extra in it. If they said 4-6 weeks please add 2 more weeks minimum... and on same product they use different materials. On Delivery time please check properly. I didnt complain coz I was in rush and traveling. Overall quality is very good.
Worked with Edwin K. He was very helpful and responsive. My dining room chairs are amazing. Fabric is great quality. Delivery time was accurate. Delivery team was professional and respected COVID protocols (mask wearing).
As an interior designer, I spent time reading the reviews. I was quite apprehensive about ordering anything after reading the negative customer service comments because no matter how good your product is, if your customer service is subpar, then so is your product. Well, I am happy that I decided to order. I am beyond words at the quality of the Goldfinger Sofa and the Marble Credenza. My expectations were beyond met. More importantly, my client was satisfied and actually cried after seeing the finished product. I had to call for multiple updates as delivery took a little longer than usual. Pete was very responsive to my emails. Without hesitation, I will definitely order from Modshop1 in the near future, advising my clients of the probability of extended delays, as I do with all merchants and vendors.

While the pieces are certainly beautiful, the customer service is embarrassingly terrible. No one EVER picks up the phone, and dont hold your breathe when waiting for a reply email. I patiently waited for my table for 6 months, when it finally came the base was damaged with black spotting all over, and there was no hardware sent with the table!! Both I and the delivery company tried to call modshop, but of course no answer. I am beyond disappointed because I paid a lot of money and so far received a damaged half a product that doesnt function, and I received 0 customer service. Im waiting to see how they make this right and change my mind about this company. As an interior designer, I would never recommend modshop to any clients again.
