Changed all rules, only one king pass now, front not roped off so bottom fisherman out amoung kingfisher man. No lock on bait tank. Illegal shark fishing going on. Put bait on during the day and it's all gone when you come out to fish in the morning. Sad rules and management

4.5 even in the off season, this was a great place to stay. I was able to get avsame day reservation for 4 nights. They offer just about all you could need to include a trading post (convenience store) but like the pool, it was closed for the season. There is golf cart rental, propane refill, fish rod rental all available. Will definitely visit again when the weather improves. All of the people I encountered were very friendly and staff was professional and courteous. There is a security guard posted at entry. Daily trash pickup, water, 30/50 amp hookups, sewer and cable included with lot rental. There are some permanent structures/full-time residents there as well.
