This company is hired by home warranty and they reported misuse of force on us turning a knob being one of the things that home warranty does not cover. First technician that came out said a part was needed but the one that handles the warrantys told us he was on his way to get part which was not true. He turned in a report stating that we misused force when our water was gushing from 9pm til 4 pm next day as not of us knew how to turn off water. I did not hear anything back until I called American Home Shield and they told me claim was denies which is what I consider warranty fraud.

Donnie was the plumber that came out. He was on time and very friendly. He found where our drain was clogged and cleared it in no time. I would definitely use Pirate Plumbing again.

I had to allow this company to install sink immediately despite horrible interaction and overall experience with company. HSA/American Home Sheild authorized installation immediately in order to prevent further water waste due to water leak. American Home Sheild did however fire them immediately after faucet installation and prevented them from servicing my other appliance on same claim as a result of their unresponsive, unethical, & professional, behavior of entire staff - including administrator & head plumbing technician.
