I keep calling this place and they never answer their phone! And when I finally got to make an appointment for my son an had to reschedule due to the snow. I called back to reschedule several times and no answer again! So I left a detailed voicemail and until now they havent even called me back. Never had this problem with other facilities.

Recently gave this business a five star review base on the service received here for my daughter. However since that last service we have been getting nothing but run around with her receiving her eye glasses. It is going on 4 weeks my daughter has went w/o eye glasses. This is a major concern as she continues to have pain in one eye, headaches due to her vision and blurred vision in class because she hasnt received her eye glasses yet. I was told at the initial exam her eye glasses would come in within two weeks well now we are approaching four weeks! Doesnt seem diligent in this matter what so ever! The turn over time frame should be better handled as this is peoples health we are speaking on cause everyone needs to be able to see and right now my daughter can not!

Everyone is always very kind and helpful. For someone that didnt wear glasses, this is a new process and they help you understand whats happening and going on. Pleasant experience, every appointment.

After my appointment I left with a trial pair of contact lenses to make sure they were good for me. One week later, I went it to get my glasses and told them that the contacts were great and to go ahead and order me a 6-month supply. After two weeks, I called to see if my contacts arrived. No answer. I then called everyday for almost an entire month. Not once did anyone ever answer the phone. I would leave a message and occasionally they would call back the next day. If I missed the call and called back 30 seconds later, no one would answer. At this point, I just want to get my prescription (which they never emailed) so I can order online. I've gone a month without contacts. I made a special trip to the store today to get some answers. They explained that they had been "so busy." There was only one patron in the store at this time. If you like terrible service, not being able to get ahold of a business and waiting a month to find out a business didn't do what they said they would, Hermitage Eyecare is the place for you!! I will never give this company another cent of my money. Get it together. This is the closest eye doctor to my house, but I will now forgo convenience in search of competence.
