If I could rate this store a -0, I would!! This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered a few school T-shirts for my daughter on 12/22/2017 and it took me over 1 month to receive only some of the things that I had ordered, and that was after me having to call multiple times to see what the hold up was. I spoke with JENNIFER every time that I called, and she kept telling me that they didn't have the shirts that I had ordered in stock, but she would always tell me that the rest of my order would be sent out to me the following week. Today is 02/27/2018 and I still have not received the rest of my order or my money back. I called up there today and JENNIFER put me on hold for 8 minutes??? I called back and just asked for my money back, and she asked for my email address and said that I would receive a confirmation of the refund......Nope, no confirmation. She wasn't apologetic or anything. This place is a joke. But, I DO want my money back for the items that I did not get. Wouldn't you??? Would u ever do business here again?? Save yourself the headache.
