Just spoke on the phone with a Norwood McDowell...a really rude guy. I'm disappointed that I won't be using this company since I like to support local businesses. Since I've worked in customer service for the past 15+ years, I just cannot support and rudeness towards a customer or potential customer. I wish he would've remembered that everyone is a potential customer no matter what capacity they first present themselves in. And I definitely will be advising against and friends or acquaintances using this company.

Their design skill are amazing, actually helped our graphics dept (we are a commercial printer, not tees) work up a great design for collateral. Hats off, I hope they can assist us again.

Never knew this place was here! Went to NCSU and everything, but never recognized it. Front desk gal was nice, slow as molasses, but nice. The exterior of the building looks sketchy, but inside is nice. 3 shirts for $60....seems kinda high - but im not in the graphics business.....
