We offered to fix the vehicle, but you requested the repairs in cash and more than the average cost of repair.

This dealership is shady. They tell you all that you want to hear so that you can purchase the vehicle, and they do not deliver. Empty promises, and the quality of service is poor. I will not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
Sold me a Chevrolet traverse. Removed or impacted the sensor to the engine light somehow so it wouldn't come on. Many problems with the vehicle. One being that it could have blown up on the way home after buying it from the cooling compressor. Will no longer communicate with me after finding out they are at fault after messing with the sensor. Do not buy anything from them
We bought our Toyota Tundra from Carmix and have nothing but great things to say about our experience! Mohammed was a delight to work with and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Him and his team went above and beyond for us- a lug nut was broken and a door handle was not functioning; his team fixed it all before we left the lot. Mohammed was very open and easy to communicate with- he even checked in with us a couple weeks after our purchase to assure we were satisfied.
You called us during closed business hours, the starter cost $80 bucks and we were willing to replace it for free

Avoid these people. I plan to report them for fraud. They are looking at what people's Google usernames are and attempting to discredit them by saying they never sold a car to anyone by that name, not understanding the difference in a username and actual name. Most people won't put their full name on the internet. I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent from them yesterday. The second I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called them and they claimed that it was because they just replaced some censors. Well, it wasn't on prior to my driving off. So, they cleared the code just to get it off the lot. This is fraud. It stalled several times while driving. Last night, I went to the grocery store. As I was leaving the store, I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. Fortunately, a man and his wife helped me. He was a mechanic. They called their friends and hit the starter to get it to start just to get me home. I called Carmix last night, the guys cellphone and text him, he ignored it. I called the office this morning, his cellphone, text, and emailed him. Nothing. The mechanic from last night purchased a starter for me and brought it to me and replaced the old one. He only charged the $200 for the part reimbursement and $150 for labor. Shops quoted $600-$700. These people are crooks. Period. It hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet. I have the phone records, emails, atm withdraw for the guy who replaced the starter, texts between the guy who replaced the starter and myself. Stay away from these deceit and evil people. A stranger showed me more time and consideration than people I paid $3,5999.99 to.
