I hired Ms. Jackson in March to represent my son in a juvenile court case dated for April. Soon after hiring Ms. Jackson the courts closed due to COVID. for a few weeks at best. I heard from Ms. Jackson, once in May to inquire whether we received a new court date. I never heard from her again. At the end of August, I reached out to her to request a refund since we had no idea when and if the case would be heard, and she had been holding my money for 5 months. I explained that if we did go to court, I would be happy to rehire her. Ten minutes, later Ms. Jackson called me and stated she contacted the court and the case had been dismissed in April. The case was dismissed based on the court deciding it would not be in the childs best interest to move forward. Ms. Jackson did absolutely nothing to get to this resolve and feels that she is entitled to 100% of the $1500 retainer. It was pure happenstance that Ms. Jackson was on the case when it was dismissed. She knew nothing about the decision that took place 4 months ago and had nothing to do with the outcome. This is not someone you want to do business with!

I never thought there was a need to hire a lawyer for a traffic ticket; however, due to an extreme personal matter, I was advised to hire a lawyer for my case. Ms. Jackson was polite, understanding and offered compassion. Ms. Jackson worked towards a solution that worked best for my scenario. I couldnt afford to have my drivers record impacted, as I wouldnt be able to afford an increase in my insurance, and a ton of court fees. Ms. Jackson worked on my behalf to find a good compromise between the court and myself. Ms. Jackson walked me through process. I never felt in dark. I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Ms. Jackson as an attorney.

Attorney Jackson was so helpful in assisting me with my traffic manners. The city of Snellville gave me three tickets and suspended my drivers license. Attorney Jackson not only got my license back , but got it back with 0 points added to my record! Hopefully I never break the law again, but IF I do, I know who Im calling!

Attorney Jackson was not only a beacon of hope but she was extremely supportive for me when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution was iffy. Not only was she able to defend me from unjust and unlawful actions bought on by my HOA, her enthusiastic and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support and inspired me to never be bullied again.
