I placed an order. The price was great but the item was missing parts which renders the purchase useless. I contacted bdu the next day. Their customer service did not want to do a return but told me to contact manufacturer. Awesome customer service, right?

Im very displeased with services received from this company. I placed a order on 3/18/22 which I only received 3 items. I understand delays happen, however I was never informed, never received any emails or phone calls updating me on status of order. I sent an email also with no response. At this point it is 3/30/22 I call the support line and am told they are having backlog issues, also lots of staff have been calling out. It was really upsetting, he said Id have to be refunded on an additional 3 items as they do not have any in stock apparently, the remaining items were still estimated as delayed an additional 7-15 days. Im very displeased with communication, I had to reach out and track everything down, the reason in using this site was the convenience of shopping online, however with all the extra b.s associated Id highly recommend paying the little extra and supporting your local gun shop.

These are very stand up people. A scammer stole my credit information and they helped me get the information to the police. Highly recommend buying from them, I know I will from now on.

Staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about their products and honest! Not a huge store but what they do sell is of great quality and reasonably priced. My husband and I prefer this over the big box stores. Easy paperwork in and out. We got everything we needed-gun, bag, scope, ammo, and tee shirts! We highly recommend this store. Definitely should check it out!
