This is my New UPDATE:(To Clarify I purchased my 2000 Nissan Altima through Frank, at Adam's new and used Auto parts, and not through Adam's New and used Auto Parts directly!) Kinda long, but please read the whole story, it's amazing!The Hidden Gem, shines again!!!! Well after buying my 2000 Nissan Maxima from Frank at Adam's New and used auto parts, I am very happy to report, my baby is still running like a CHAMP with the 3.0 engine that Frank put in in( Zoom Zoom). When I purchased the car, my mechanic friend Roy that looked at it, advised that the alternator might be going out, and well it did, and for a car that old it happens, so I called Frank as soon as the battery light came on and he told me, just come over and I will get you one. Well I was cautious and called Auto Zone to get a price and they told me $200.00 and that's with my Veterans discount, and if I trade in the old alternator. Well I went to Frank and he already knows my work is slow because of the Corna virus pandemic, and I could not believe what he did next. I arrived with the old part and he got me a new rebuilt alternator with a 1 year warranty, and it was already there in the shop before I even arrived, and I only live maybe 15 minutes away, so obliviously he ordered it for me the minute I called in to alert him of the situation. He had already decided to order the part and have it there not even knowing if I could afford it. . Now, I don;t know how he beat Auto zone by so much, only thing I can figure is that he got it for me at his own cost and did not make a penny on it. If you read this review update, and should need service, parts, or anything for your vehicle, go to ADAM's NEW AND USED AUTO PARTS, and tell them Ken Smith sent you, you will be just as amazed as I am, but wait there is one more thing. I had the switch for the automatic widow on the drivers side go out, so I went to Frank he just went back in the shop and not only gave it to me free but took the time to install it! Now believe me I have read some of the old reviews about this place, but one thing is for sure, "If you treat people with the respect that you like to receive , they usually return that respect to you", and those are not just words to read on this review, but to live by, WORKS FOR ME! My original review= HIDDEN GEM!!!! I first came here when I had my Honda accord. I found Frank on google when i needed a part for my Honda,they also installed the part and all at a great price. I used them many times after that,and referred many friends including my mechanic, and they all had good experience Adam's. Since then my Honda finally gave out, but it went to Adam's last week with my mechanic friend Roy because he needed a part for one of his customers, and I ended up buying a totally AWESOME Nissan Maxima from Frank. Even though the sign says New and used auto parts. I WANT YOU TO KNOW, THEY HAVE a inventory of cash cars.so you can find the best car you ever bought, there also! I love reviewing businesses like, and their mechanic repair services are A1!

Stop staying behind the glass and get out to helping customer problems. Come there for parts but I have to calling 2 phone numbers to get no answer. Brought the car to him and asking him go out to check the car but he seems to have (i dont care/not my problems)
