Called and spoke to the nicest lady and asked if I could walk in today for a tat, she told me a time and told me to call her back to confirm. I called 2 minutes later and a gentleman answered, explaining who I just talked to he responds with, I dont think so, maybe if you email it to us we can see if we can even do it confused why I was being told two different things, he rudely hung up on me. Never ever going here, worst service ever, getting a tattoo shouldnt be stressful and shouldnt be such a horrible experience!!!

It was my first time ever at a tattoo shop. The service was great, place was very clean. I got a nose piercing and Avery was amazing! She was very professional and kind. Explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I barely felt any pain and the piercing came out fantastic! Would definitely recommend Beyond Ink and Avery to everyone.

We walked in and had an appointment with Ruben over 1 month in advance. Sent the art in advance. He had no idea he had an appointment or what we wanted...was not friendly from the get go. We asked him to do a small (six lines total) tattoo for 3 sisters and add water color inside one of the small hearts. 3 inch by 1 inch. He said to do watercolor would be $20 more because it was "more work". Okay...three lines later and some ombre we were done. He was EXTREMELY heavy handed. Like...could cause scarring. He blew out my tattoo. I have to get it fixed. I had an additional tattoo on my hip and it was the most excruciating pain because he was using so much pressure. I mean...you already have a needle, you don't need to add extreme force. We tried speaking to him and making small talk and nothing. Super bad experience. I wanted to let people know he is VERY heavy handed and uses a lot of pressure. Beware since your tattoos may get blown out ink and you will end up needing to get it fixed just like me. Also, we asked for water color and he did not give us water color. He gave us ombre. If you want something small and detailed, he will refuse and force you to get it bigger. My sister wanted a small watercolor owl and he said it was Impossible to do and she would need to get it twice as big. She ended up not doing it with him because he said it could not be done the size she wanted, even though the picture she provided was from someone with the tattoo in the size she wanted. Go elsewhere. My tattoo has completely healed and it is horrid. I have to have someone else fix it now. Unreal. Soot sprite has thicker lines on one side than the other. Both blown out.
