I’ve done business here over the years and they’ve been great. My jobs have been very big orders and I’ve received great attention It’s this last time I need (2) 100 stickers for a function at my church which I asked that Monday could it be done by Friday for Sunday. I had to call them on Wednesday to see if they even started which they told me I have to come in to approve the art work. I couldn’t make it that day I went in the next day and gave something new as they now can not print it. 2”x2” stickers Friday arrived I didn’t get a call to let me know they were done or need more time. I totally over worked that Friday and remember Saturday morning for my Sunday event. I got there on Tuesday the following week (Sunday function has passed) to let them know I missed event. They proceeded to tell me that they still haven’t print 100 of the 200 that I should comeback tomorrow for the other set. I then asked for a refund and they told me to comeback tomorrow for a refund. No thanks I’m not leaving until I get it. Just down right poor nonchalant service. This is a true review.

Went in to get a simple vinyl wrap for my work van. I 1st emailed my design and was told to stop in to start process. I stopped by the shop and van was measured and I was told that I would be quoted price and eta of completion of job. One week later no response or follow up call so I reached out again and it was like I never came in. They had no reference of my request or email correspondence that I had with owner.

Adam was absolutely amazing! wow what a difference! I recently posted a review and gave this company one star because of the terrible service I received from the owner, Robert Olsen. Robert lacks such professionalism, customer service and communications skills. He is not personable at all! However, after speaking with Adam I decided to schedule another appointment. Adam discussed everything in great detail and provided outstanding customer service. He was very professional at all times and kept me updated on the process of my vehicle. I would highly suggest speaking to Adam when scheduling your appointment. He puts the customer first and you’ll have no issues!

Horrible! You might as well let your 3 year old take the job these guys are the worst printing company I've ever seen! Please try another printing company of your choosing before going to these amateurs!
