We had a great experience using LA tutors services helping our son prepare for the ISEE test. Arash, the executive director of the center, is extremely professional and highly experienced. Importantly, he works hard to match each student with the appropriate tutor to ensure a strong student-tutor connection, which in turn help enabling the student to learn new concepts and make quick progress. Jenny, the coordinator for the onsite practice tests at their center, was also wonderful and very flexible to accommodate our schedule. After administering a diagnostic test at their center, Arash carefully evaluated our sons performance and he customized a study program within the timeframe that best suited our family and our application deadlines. He explained clearly their strategies and our option plans to improve our son tests scores. Arash paired our son with Nati, an amazing tutor, who was able to stimulate and motivate him to push his boundaries at each of the sessions. Our son was always looking forward for his classes with Nati. He wished he could have continued to work with her even after he finished his program. Without a doubt, Natis educational skills helped our son improve his test taking skills and achieve great results within a very short amount of time. In summary, we had a very positive experience interacting with the LA tutors team and we highly recommend their service. We will definitely reach out to them again in the future.

We were so pleased with our experience with LA Tutors. Our daughter worked with Sophia for 2 months to prepare for the Upper Level ISEE and raised her scores significantly from her initial assessment test. They offered an extremely comprehensive and personalized program, identifying her weaknesses, and working with her to develop and strengthen her skills. She was able to take several full length, scored practice tests throughout the process, creating an important comfort level with the exam AND allowing Sophia to zero in on exactly where she was still struggling. Sophia is a remarkably patient, kind and inspiring tutor. Its no small feat to keep a teenager engaged in an intense preparation process for such a long stretch; and Sophia handled it brilliantly. We were thrilled with our daughter's final test results. But more than that - we feel that she really learned in her time with Sophia - growing as a student in ways that will benefit her forever.

Both Arash and Theo of LA Tutors were wonderful in assisting my daughter to prepare for the ISEE. Like they told us at the beginning of our journey, my daughter's practice test scores and confidence would improve as her tutoring progressed. This turned out to be true. When the time came for the actual ISEE test, she went in very confident and scored very well. She was ultimately accepted to the private school of her choice, in part because of her solid ISEE test scores. We are now all very pleased and glad we found LA Tutors. Thanks again to Arash and Theo for a job well done!
