Great environment, and good work on my vehicle. Only concern I have is I was told they didn't have any loaner while my car will be with them all weekend and possibly next week. I was told they didn't have any, but when I walked in to turn over my car keys another custom ask for a loaner and it was given to him on the spot..
I've received a letter in the mail from BMW for an upcoming Oil Change. I decided to call BMW Houston North in Texas for the first time. I usually take my BMW elsewhere. I booked the appointment a week in advance for Thursday April 14th 2022 at 8:00am for an Oil Change, Oil filter change and Spark Plugs change. I arrive at the BMW service station and a worker verifies my appointment and asks for my keys. He then asks me to go inside and have a seat at the lobby and I'll be notified when it's complete. I walk inside the building and there are multiple workers in their station and not one of them took the time to greet me. At the lobby there were a couple of customers waiting. After 3 hours of noticing the same customers were still waiting for their car I've decided to go ask for an update. I come across worker Julie and inquire about the status on my car. She asks me who is my advisor and I said I do not know. She then asks for my name and goes ask her the workers. Julie comes back and states my advisor is not there and he is helping a customer. She then tells me to wait until he returns back. I ask Julie if she can find out if my car has even been serviced and she said she did not know. Overall Julie was not very helpful and did not seem to care or have any sense of urgency. At 11:15 Service Advisor Deryck Haytasingh returns and I approach him about my car service. He states that I am a little late for my appointment and I informed him I have been here since 8am. We then go to the drive way and talk to the worker who took my keys. They both go back and forth on what took place. Advisor Deryck stated the service will start shortly. At 12:01pm my car was ready and Deryck took my payment for the Oil and filter change. Deryck was not able to provide a receipt at the time and said he would email it to me. Deryck also made a comment regarding if my American Express card was custom made... I am not sure how this is relevant to anything and was offended by this remark. About 30 mins later I received my email receipt I saw the $200 dollar charge but I did not see a service for the Spark Plugs change. Deryck also mentioned he would process a Pre Paid $200 oil change service for free since my car met the qualifications for all future visits. At the end this was not further discussed and I was even more confused now. There was an older caucasian lady that I assumed was the manager as she had her own office and kept walking around us during the interaction with Deryck. But not once did she introduce her self. Overall, I am very disappointed with my first visit at this location. There was no sense of urgency from Julie, Deryck or any of the other workers. I still cannot process how it took 4 hours to get an oil change and not get the spark plugs changed. Also the car signal was not reset. I would like to be reached out by someone that takes this matter seriously and has a sense of urgency.

I took my vehicle in for a tire change and oil change. Customer Service is always big for me anywhere you go. My experience at the Northwest BMW service center was surely a 3 star experience. I had an appt at 1pm arrived about 1250 left the center until 530ish. I went in for tire change and oil change. I just felt that the customer service in general sucked. I sat there and not once was I asked is everything ok? or your more than welcome to a water while your waiting. I literally made eye contact with several employees not a smile not a hello. I mean the most dry and cold. I sat in front of the cashier and not either of them asked me anything the whole time I sat there. I was just surprised in the customer service that I witnessed. My repair service was great no problems with the vehicle so far. So the repair techs get the stars. I sat there for 3hrs then was told they didn't have my tires so i had to wait for them to be brought. If I wouldn't had asked I probably wouldn't had gotten an update.
