Went in to buy a sport coat last weekend. Right before I made the purchase I asked about their return policy she said “no problem and we can also help you find something else if needed”. I thought ok cool this place is awesome. A week later I go back to return the jacket unused, never wore it and she says “sorry no returns” and points to some tiny print on the bottom of the receipt. Next time someone asks your return policy don’t hide the truth to make a sale. Now I’m forced to spend $150 at a store I don’t trust and it’s a shame because they have nice stuff. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.
