They do not care about anything but money . Got a sealed product wit stained cards in the same spot on every card . Horrible customer service will never order from again and I recomend no one does . Manufacturer mistake that I end up paying for. Product was embarrassing to sell someone .

WOW, I will not waste my money on any Topps product that is a buy back card. Got an autographed buy back card encased by Topps, with bent corners and bad edging scratches. I followed their instructions to the letter to get the card returned saying " There are some items Topps is not able to replace. Below is a list of some items" Buy back cards is typed, "from 2000" is hand written. So Topps can buy back cards in poor condition for pennies, get them signed, and then charge hobby box prices for 1 jacked up card with no value because of the condition of the card. You just lost another customer for life!
