Received a glasses prescription from Hollywood Vision Center that was not suitable for my eyes. The glasses came with a prescription too strong. So i scheduled an appointment to see how to correct this issue. I waited in the waiting area for 40 minutes before seeing someone who told me that the prescription in the glasses was the same prescription they assigned me. And then they told me i would have to pay a $90 fee for a re-evaluation on my eyes. Waited another 45 minutes for an open room for the examination. At that point, I was done. What a waste of time.

I have put off writing this review for a while because I don't do reviews ever and am pretty understanding and accommodating of mistakes and miscommunication etc. I had a really bad experience here due to lack of organization. They had me come in 7 times over 8 months and still were not able to provide me with a working prescription for glasses or contacts. Waste of time and money.

Dr Elise Brisco gave me the most thorough and attentive eye exam I ever received. The location is slightly isolated but you will not regret paying them a visit! Highly recommended!

Very lousy. Of course it's about the profit. But don't advertise VSP on your website, and then just dump me. You wasted my time without recommendation. Also, you just tried to sell expensive services to me, but I clearly indicated that I just need an eye exam and glasses. Now what? :(
