This BMW dealership is the worse. They are great when you are buying a car but after that forget it. Every time I have needed to get a hold of them they never answer. The phone rings and rings and when you do get a hold of someone all they do is transfer you to an extension that no-one answers. I am currently paying for an extended warranty that the dealership never sent over so when I needed it I couldn't use it. I would NEVER buy another car from them!!!

Worst service department and advisor Ive ever dealt with. Will not be returning nor will friends/family. Turns out they also curbed my forged custom wheels. Gotta love it. Avoid this dealer like the plague.

BMW of Arlington was one of the best dealership Ive purchased my car through. Andreas in sales and the whole team made it very easy to purchase a new vehicle. Exceptional customer service and great management team. Very friendly and great discounts/offers on vehicles. I would definitely be buying my next vehicle from here. The service department here always have great deals on oil changes and other vehicle maintenance. I have been taking my 08 335i since 2009. I went there for an alignment and they took 3 hours to inform me that they couldnt fix the front alignment. I was waiting there for so long just to hear that they would be doing only half the work. In addition to that, they charged me full amount $159 for half work. When I discussed the situation with the manager, he offered me a discount on next oil change. I was told I will be charged $69.99 for an oil change after discount. I remember paying this much the last time I got an oil change here. When I mentioned that, I was told that they have increased their oil change prices. Not acceptable. Being a loyal BMW customer, for which they usually thank me whenever I book a service I dont think I am being treated as one. The least they could have done was - charge me for just half the work(rear alignment ). I understand there are labor charges which I was willing to pay in addition to half payment. I would not be recommending this facility to anyone in my network. Worst experience!
